We understand how busy life can be and maintaining a nutritional diet for your fur family is not always convenient. That’s where we come in! Online shopping + delivery: we do all the shopping for you and even deliver to your door! All you need to do is sign up, fill your cart, and checkout. We handle the rest!

Shop
You can shop for all your fur-family needs including a wide selection of RAW, freeze-dried, kibble, treats, canned and topper products, toys, beds, litter, leashes/collars, the works! Our in-store pick up and delivery program includes all the supplies that we offer in-store, and yes… we deliver RAW. Once you have filled your cart, all you need to do is select in-store pick up or delivery for your area.
Shipping Orders excludes all food, feed and frozen
Delivery Options:
We offer Delivery in Hope and surrounding areas Monday - Saturday 12pm - 4pm (Except holidays).
Any order made prior to 12pm the day of delivery will be delivered the same day
We charge $8.99 delivery fee per order.
Delivery/Holidays
Should a delivery day fall on a holiday, we will deliver on the following business day
Contactless Delivery:
Our delivery assistant will be delivering to your specified address on your order. We offer contactless delivery which means, we will deliver your items to your door, and then will call or send you a text message once delivered. Purr-fect Paws does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items after delivery has been made. Order online and picking up in-store is easy!
1) Place your order online.
2) We will pack your order for you and set it aside.
3) We will send you an email once your order is ready for pick up
4) Come in, verify your identity (Photo I.D), and you are on your way!

Shipping within BC & Outside BC (within Canada):
We will ship all items in store excluding Food, Feed, & Raw. All of our shipments are sent through Canada Post. We generally ship items within 1-3 business day of receiving your order. You can expect to receive your order 3-7 business days from date of shipping. Orders are subject to product availability. You will receive an email to confirm it's been shipped. The cost to ship within BC is $25. The cost to ship outside of BC, but with in Canada is $35. We do not ship out side Canada.
